With the builder, users can reach customers on their preferred channel, incorporate visual or interactive elements into messages, specify simple-text fallback options, simplify supporting new channels, save development time, enable non-technical teams to create templates themselves, ensure compliance with messaging channel policies, and integrate with other Twilio solutions such as Conversations and Engage. New features include the ability to build with Twilio Studio, schedule content templates for future delivery, integrate with other Twilio solutions, support new WhatsApp authentication templates, specify content fallback options for different channels, and upcoming SDK support for additional endpoints in 2023.
