The team worked efficiently with Twilio's API and support to deliver timely updates on building status and power outages throughout the storm. Despite the challenges, Jerry Kesterbaum, founder of BuildingLink, remained calm and experienced, having gone through a similar situation before with Twilio, and was already looking forward to the next storm.
