The platform includes narrowband SIMs, a developer kit, and a breakout SDK, designed for IoT devices that require low power consumption and deep penetration of cellular coverage. With its annual rate plans and support for power optimization modes like PSM and eDRX, Twilio Narrowband offers a scalable solution for connecting physical objects and creating new services and business models. The platform is covered by Twilio's standard SLAs, including API availability of 99.95%, and developers will receive full support from the company's globally distributed customer support team.
