A Proof of Concept to Analyze and Process Inbound MMS from Twilio using OpenAI and AWS

This proof of concept uses Twilio's Messaging platform with MMS to enable customers to interact with images, OpenAI's Vision model to review, classify, and understand images programmatically, and AWS to coordinate events and data. The system can analyze various types of images, including customer-submitted photos, and provide responses such as captions, product recommendations, or repair instructions. The proof of concept is a starting point for businesses to explore the potential of using images, AI, and Twilio Communications Channels to enhance their customer engagement and experience.
