To manage the high demand for their services, The Bike Project has developed a queueing and notification system that integrates with their existing CRM, utilizing Twilio SMS to send automated notifications to users when bikes are ready. With a team of 14 staff and volunteers, they also provide additional support to refugees after receiving a bike through initiatives like `Bike Buddies` and `Pedal Power`.
