What’s new in Tines: September 2025 edition

Tines has introduced several new features to enhance task and case management, AI integration, and data handling capabilities. Users can now create and assign tasks within cases using a Task panel to efficiently manage work, while a Helper Panel provides access to resources like product videos and articles. The platform supports integrating multiple AI models in a single workflow, allowing for flexible AI management and enhancements such as starting chats from the Workbench and connecting to custom AI providers. Updates in case management include customizable case statuses, new HTML block for case descriptions, and a Cases toolbar for essential actions, alongside improvements to Dashboards with conditional color styles and multiple snapshots. Additional features include direct export of audit logs to Amazon S3, enhanced storyboard visuals, and Python 3.13 as a new runtime option.
