Tines Workbench is here!

Tines has launched its latest product, Workbench, which provides a familiar interface for real-time data interaction and action. The company recently celebrated the winners of its "You Did WHAT With Tines?!" contest, with Michael from Roblox taking the top spot for his AI-based SMS phishing analysis. September was a busy month for Tines' Cases feature, which saw enhancements such as improved sidebar toggling, advanced case timeline filtering, the ability to link cases through the Records API, and the addition of response time SLAs based on priority. The platform also introduced updates to its dashboard customization options, allowing for more brand-specific chart styling. Additionally, Tines enhanced its Actions feature by improving search capabilities and enabling creation of no-match links via the Actions API, alongside a more user-friendly navigation layout for Stories, Records, Dashboards, and Cases.
