Built at the Tines AI hackathon: Content Review Bot

Tines recently hosted its first AI Hackathon, where the winning team developed a Content Review Bot designed to streamline the updating of product content. This bot automates the process of tracking product releases, flagging outdated content, and drafting updates with human oversight, addressing the challenge of keeping up with over 300 feature updates. The workflow is built within Tines and integrated with Intercom, allowing it to monitor product updates, organize content sources using tags, and notify the team via Slack. An AI agent acts as a documentation specialist, evaluating whether documentation needs updating or creation, and drafts updates accordingly, assigning an impact score to prioritize tasks. This system reduces the workload on human editors, enabling them to focus on refining content rather than manually tracking updates, ultimately supporting product adoption and expansion. The team plans to expand the bot's capabilities to other content formats like blog posts and video scripts, ensuring all customer-facing channels remain current.
