Release Notes: Search Filters by Test case Management ID, Billing emails

Filters by test management tool ID are now supported, allowing users to filter test cases by their corresponding ID once integration with a tool like TestRail, XRAY, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps is set up. Users can access this feature through the 'Test Cases' page of any integrated suite, where a new filter will be automatically added. Additionally, customers now have the ability to change or add new email addresses for receiving billing-related emails, which by default are sent to the email address of the testRigor account owner. Admins and Billing Admins can manage these email addresses via the 'Billing' section under 'My Company' in their profile, noting that email addresses must be added one at a time, and all billing emails will be sent to every address on the list.
