Release Notes: Restart app command, custom attributes

A recent update introduced a new command for native mobile tests, allowing users to employ a custom step called "restart app," which closes and reopens the main app without clearing data. Additionally, the update includes the ability to define custom HTML attributes in testRigor, which are not previously considered by default, to help identify elements lacking unique identifiers. Developers are encouraged to assign plain-English names to these elements to enhance test case stability, and these attributes can be configured in the Settings under Advanced options. For example, adding an "alt" attribute for an unlabelled logo enables testRigor to locate it during test executions.
