Release Notes: Auto-scroll for validations, Mongo DB, max for auto-apply rules, downloaded file content

A new setting for auto-scroll control has been added, allowing automatic scrolling to the first anchor using relative locations, which can be adjusted in the performance settings. Additionally, there is now an option to limit the number of automatic applications of rules within test cases. This feature involves creating a reusable rule, enabling auto-application for each test case step, and setting a maximum limit for rule execution. The capability to extract and save text from downloaded files as a variable has also been implemented, providing users with a new method to manage file content.
