Manoj Kumar, an explorer at heart with a passion for programming, photography, and biking, began his journey in the tech world with a keen interest in programming and problem-solving. Initially trained in a testing tool called QTP at Wipro, Manoj's intrinsic curiosity led him to explore Selenium, a then-nascent web automation tool, which he mastered through self-study and interaction with its creators. His expertise and contributions in Selenium and other frameworks established him as a prominent figure in the testing community and a sought-after conference speaker. Manoj's career spanned various prestigious roles at companies like Wipro, Insurance Australia Group, Applitools, and ThoughtWorks, where he honed his skills in automation, accessibility testing, and technology leadership. Now, as the VP of Developer Relations at LambdaTest, Manoj aims to bridge the gap between the company and the community, leveraging his extensive open-source experience to enhance the platform's offerings and foster community engagement.
