Tessell supports AWS PrivateLink

AWS PrivateLink is a service that can be configured within Tessell to securely connect resources in Tessell Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) to AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) using private IP addresses, bypassing the public internet. To set up AWS PrivateLink for a database service hosted on AWS, users must log into Tessell, select their service, and configure the PrivateLink option by entering the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of AWS principals in the Create Private Link dialog. After saving the configuration, users must create an interface endpoint using the AWS console, ensuring the VPC and subnets are correctly selected for access. Once the endpoint service is available, users can connect to the database service via SSH using the DNS name provided, with traffic directed through endpoint services using a Network Load Balancer for distribution, ensuring secure and private connectivity.
