PostgreSQL 17 and 18 Now Supported

The update introduces support for PostgreSQL versions 17.0 through 17.6 and version 18.0, alongside enhancements such as compute resize capabilities for shared servers in Azure Cloud. Important bug fixes include ensuring that the Azure Private Link correctly points to the primary node following switchover or failover, resolving false node down alerts, addressing missing alerts within the new monitoring framework for SCP tenants, and fixing the missing monitoring infrastructure related to a pagination issue on subscriptions.
