Summary

Support for Exadata infrastructure on AWS is now generally available, offering a unified control plane via Tessell that includes features such as database provisioning, cloning, and unified backup and restore across Exadata and cloud-native environments. Enhancements include DAP support for Oracle multi-disk services on AWS and Azure, enabling faster multi-disk snapshots and improved replication workflows. Azure now supports dynamic IOPS and Throughput resizing for MySQL and PostgreSQL databases using Azure PremiumV2_LRS disks, allowing independent scaling without disk resizing. Oracle has released version 19.30.0.0.260120 with security updates, including the latest OJVM patch, while Microsoft SQL Server has added metrics for last log sweeps and fixed cleanup issues causing disk full alerts. Other improvements include fixes for Exadata provisioning failures, enhancements in OpsException handling, and new compute shapes for Azure.
