Automations, New Coding Agents, and More
Blog post from Tembo
Tembo has launched a major update to its AI background coding agents, introducing features like intelligent automations, multi-agent support, and deep integrations designed to enhance team productivity. The new Tembo Automations allow users to automate repetitive tasks, such as fixing production errors and generating changelogs, without manual intervention. The update also introduces multi-agent support with five different coding agents, offering flexibility in model selection and configuration. Additionally, Tembo has improved its Linear integration, providing streamlined issue management across multiple repositories. A significant enhancement is the introduction of a secure, sandbox environment with options for Docker containers or full virtual machines, supporting complex integration testing. The new Model Context Protocol (MCP) supports real-time context integration, facilitating interactions with external systems. Tembo also launched a native Raycast extension for task management and a pay-as-you-go credit system for billing. With a public API release, users can integrate Tembo's capabilities into their applications, marking a step towards seamless collaboration between humans and AI.
