Savannah Keener

Savannah Keener, a Recruiting team member at Tecton, shares her story of how she landed her job at the company. She initially started in engineering recruiting but later switched to recruiting for all roles outside of engineering. Savannah's background includes working in enterprise business sales and staffing for various companies, including startups. She found joy in recruiting for startups and eventually joined Tecton after meeting the team. Savannah is a fan of Gem, a sourcing tool that helps measure metrics and data around sourcing, and uses it to gather insights into hiring efforts at Tecton. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks through parks in San Francisco's Pac Heights neighborhood to relieve stress.
