Announcing enterprise-grade container monitoring software

Sysdig announced at DockerCon 2016 the release of its enterprise-grade container monitoring software, allowing customers to run Sysdig's technology in private or virtual private clouds, providing an alternative to its existing cloud service. This move addresses the needs of enterprises that prefer to keep application performance data on-site due to security, compliance, or operational cost reasons. The software offers feature parity with Sysdig Cloud, employing the same instrumentation capabilities for monitoring containers, and is delivered in containers for ease of integration with existing infrastructure. The software can scale horizontally to accommodate growing environments, and is supported by the Sysdig engineering team known for rapid response to customer needs. Licensing follows an annual per-host monitored model, and while there is no month-to-month option, Sysdig offers guidance for setup to accommodate unique network environments.
