Introducing Symbl.ai’s Streaming API Logs
Blog post from Symbl.ai
Symbl.ai has introduced a new feature for its Streaming API called API Logs, which provides developers with a user interface to monitor, debug, and visualize API usage on the platform. The API Log is accessible through the API Playground's web application and allows developers to check the success or failure of API calls without contacting support, reducing downtime. The feature enables developers to view all API calls within the last 15 days, search for specific calls by Connection ID or Conversation ID, read detailed error messages, and see connection statistics. Currently available only for the Streaming API, Symbl.ai plans to release API logs for its entire product suite of APIs in the future. As a free trial user, developers can try out the API Logs by following simple steps, including simulating an error to test the feature's functionality.
