Welcoming a record number of new customers and a slew of key features — our year in review

In 2023, Swarmia experienced significant growth and transformation, focusing on supporting leadership use cases and expanding its team with key hires, including appointing Rebecca Murphey as Field CTO. The company enhanced its product to accommodate larger customers, resulting in onboarding hundreds of new clients from various modern growth companies and enterprises, while also securing funding from Dig Ventures. Swarmia introduced new features aimed at improving engineering and leadership effectiveness, such as investment balance updates, the new initiatives feature, and audit-ready software cost reports. Additionally, the company launched a podcast and published a book, both aimed at sharing insights into effective software organization, and conducted original research on engineering team performance. Looking forward to 2024, Swarmia plans to introduce new features like developer experience surveys, sprint analysis, and enhanced data integration capabilities, while also continuing to expand its team.
