Introducing DoRA : The Self Training Module of AutoNode

The DoRa framework is a cutting-edge approach in cognitive process automation that focuses on developing self-training modules capable of exploring, learning, and adapting to complex interfaces by using multimodal models and symbolic programming. Inspired by Rich Sutton's work, DoRa integrates human-like understanding with computational power, employing methods like Reinforcement Learning and neuro-symbolic programming to balance scalability with interpretability. The framework comprises five key components: Guided Exploration for interface navigation, Learnable Mapping and Annotation for organizing GUI elements, Graph-aided Heuristic Search for efficient information retrieval, Knowledge Graph Augmented Language Modeling for contextually relevant dialogue generation, and a transition to a Neuro-Symbolic Programming Paradigm to enhance cognitive automation. These components work together to create a versatile and adaptable system capable of handling diverse tasks and environments, setting a new standard for intelligent automation systems.
