Updates for Supabase Functions

Supabase has announced the release of Functions Hooks in Alpha for all new projects, as well as support for Postgres Functions and Triggers in their Dashboard. They are also working on a timeline for the rest of Supabase Functions. The company is taking a staged approach to releasing these features, with the first stage allowing developers to trigger external HTTP functions using Function Hooks. Future stages will include the ability to trigger Serverless functions on AWS and GCP, as well as their own Serverless Functions (Supabase Functions).
