The developer platform Supabase is expanding its features to cater to a growing segment of users building business-critical applications that require enterprise-grade resilience. The company has introduced several new features, including spend caps on the Pro Plan, self-serve Database Add-ons, and a new Log Explorer that allows users to query logs using SQL. Additionally, Supabase has released Elixir Livebooks for Monitoring, which provides built-in monitoring for PgBouncer, a Postgres connection pooler. The company also announced its new Enterprise Plan, which includes features such as Point-in-Time Recovery, Prometheus Endpoints, and SLAs & Enterprise Support. Supabase is SOC2 Type 1 compliant and is working on getting certified for SOC2 Type 2 and HIPAA. The platform is also developing features such as Foreign Data Wrappers, Materialized Views, and Log ingestion. With these new features, Supabase aims to provide a more comprehensive and scalable solution for developers building enterprise-grade applications.
