Quarantine Digests are now generally available: visibility for users, control for the SOC

Sublime has introduced Quarantine Digests for its Enterprise customers, aiming to streamline the process of managing quarantined emails by providing users with visibility and a mechanism for requesting the release of mistakenly quarantined messages. This feature allows users to receive digests detailing the sender, subject, and timestamp of each quarantined email, enabling them to recognize missing communications and request their release directly from the digest. The system maintains security control by requiring analyst or admin approval for any release, which is logged for a clean audit trail. The digests are configurable to match the needs of different user groups, allowing for varying frequencies and delivery settings. This approach seeks to balance user convenience with the security team's need to maintain oversight and control over email releases, reducing the volume of help desk tickets related to missing emails.
