My Summer as a Statsig Intern

A college student's first internship experience at Statsig is depicted as an enriching and supportive journey, characterized by collaborative work, skill development, and immersive office culture. The summer was filled with social activities, from sushi lunches to bowling outings, enhancing personal connections and creating a fun work environment. Professionally, the intern improved their design skills, particularly in Figma, through participation in design crit sessions and collaboration across departments, including with engineers, product managers, and data scientists. These experiences not only bolstered the intern's technical abilities but also honed their collaboration and feedback skills, providing a comprehensive learning environment that left the intern both grateful for the opportunity and reluctant to leave the nurturing and dynamic workplace.
