Starburst integration with Amazon S3 Tables

This integration with Amazon S3 Tables, which were introduced by AWS in late 2024 as a managed Apache Iceberg table hosting solution, enables users to query and modify these tables using Apache Iceberg while federating access with other data sources. A key feature of Amazon S3 Tables is the automatic handling of table maintenance tasks such as compaction and orphaned file removal by AWS, differentiating them from traditional S3 buckets.
