This July, Speechmatics released its latest product update, featuring improved accuracy across major languages, an updated Advanced Punctuation feature to support readability, and the addition of a Finance Domain Language Pack for English, which provides accuracy improvements for financial terminology. The company has also improved the accuracy for French and Portuguese, added Ukranian as its 34th supported language, and updated 16 languages to support additional punctuation marks. Additionally, Speechmatics introduced its Language Identification Container, allowing users to identify the predominant language in any media file, and is now available through a Docker Container with support for 12 languages. The update also includes improvements to Speaker Diarization, including increased performance and a new sensitivity parameter. With this release, Speechmatics aims to serve the financial industry and expand its offerings into other industries.
