Introducing Stack Dependencies v.2

Spacelift has introduced a new version of stack dependencies, a key component in infrastructure orchestration and cross-IaC workflow management. This update allows users to pass parameters directly between stacks, simplifying workflows and making dependencies more straightforward to use. Stack dependencies v.2 enables the creation of chains of interdependent stacks that should be executed in a specific order, with information passed between them.
