Socket Threat Intel Now Shows Which Malware Campaigns Were Blocked or Detected
Blog post from Socket
Socket Threat Intel has added organization-specific malware campaign summaries that indicate whether threats were blocked by Socket, detected through Firewall or SCA activity, or not detected. Available through the Threat Intel Campaigns page, the feature draws on immutable repository and pull-request scans alongside Socket Firewall events to show both malicious packages found in code and those prevented from entering an environment. Each campaign’s Org Impact tab identifies affected package versions, repositories, branches, and first and last observed dates, with direct links to the relevant scan reports or Firewall events. It also provides related campaign blogs and complete affected-package lists, helping teams assess exposure and investigate incidents with supporting evidence.
