Jerod Santo Joins Socket as Head of Media

Socket has appointed longtime developer, open-source maintainer, podcaster, and writer Jerod Santo as its new Head of Media amid growing concerns about software supply chain attacks. Santo describes an environment in which attacks, AI-enabled vulnerability discovery, zero-click worms, and other threats are increasing in frequency and impact, while similar technologies are also helping defenders identify and fix critical flaws.
