The Socket GitHub app has received three significant updates aimed at enhancing its functionality and reliability. These improvements include the introduction of finer-grained check runs, allowing users to separate Project Health Reports and Pull Request Alerts into individual check runs, which aids in clearer reporting and the ability to set more precise branch protection rules. Users can now enable or disable these features individually and will soon have the capability to run project reports on any commit. In addition, new configuration options have been added to the `socket.yml` file, providing users with more control over enabling or disabling pull request alerts and project report generation. To further bolster the app's effectiveness, backend changes are being implemented to improve the reliability and success rates of report generation.
