Sigma is enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of its cloud data warehouse platform for business analysts by introducing a new URL shortcut, "sigma.new," which allows users to create new workbooks directly from their web browser, eliminating three mouse-clicks from the workflow. This feature facilitates immediate analysis, look-ups, and visualizations using live data, and any unsaved work is automatically retained for 30 days in the Explorations tab of the Recents page. This innovation aims to streamline the analytical process and encourage more analysts to engage directly with data, while also serving as a convenient bookmark for future use.
