Welcome Armin Ronacher

We've been building Sentry the product for a while now but have only recently started building Sentry the business, with overwhelming adoption of both open source and paid products making it clear that it's time to up our game. Armin Ronacher, a well-known figure in the Python community through his work on Flask and Jinja, joins us as a colleague and friend, bringing extensive experience to the team, especially in areas where we want to grow. This marks the beginning of something great, and I'm excited for what's to come with Armin on board.
