Sentry Ingestion Domains Updates

The Sentry Ingestion Domains Updates involve changes to improve security and performance by disabling non-encrypted HTTP ingestion, updating DNS A records for sentry.io and app.getsentry.com, and recommending the use of organization subdomains for event ingestion.
