Improve Signal to Noise with Inbound Filters

We're introducing Inbound Data Filters, a new resource that simplifies filtering unwanted issues from Sentry projects. These filters are aimed at making filtering simple and can be enabled in project settings to eliminate inbound issues according to predefined criteria such as localhost/127.0.0.1, browser extensions, legacy browsers, and web crawlers. This feature is designed to automatically remove low-value issues from the inbox, making it easier for users to focus on meaningful errors.
