Motivational Posters Are So '90s, Our Values Are NotRemoved
Blog post from Sentry
Our company values at Sentry were initially developed in 2017 with four core principles: Care Hard, Continuous Improvement, One Team, and Value People. However, after two years of significant employee growth, these values felt ambiguous and redundant. To address this, we spent several months revising our values to make them relevant, clear, and useful across the organization. Our new values reflect a focus on our growth mindset, are directly useful to all team members, and prioritize feedback and valuing people. We strive for a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and respect, while acknowledging that no small detail is unimportant and we value constructive feedback as a means to foster a growth mindset.
