Announcing general availability of C#

Semgrep has announced that C# support is now generally available, boasting a parse rate of over 99.9% and offering more than 20 C# rules in its registry. The development of C# support in Semgrep was a collaborative effort, with significant contributions from community members such as Sjoerd Langkemper, who has been actively involved since August 2020, and Ahmet Akan, who contributed the initial set of C# rules. Users can explore these rules in the Semgrep Registry or create their own using the Playground, marking a significant enhancement for C# developers utilizing Semgrep.
