Skip those builds

Semaphore allows users to skip builds for certain commits or branches by including [ci skip] in commit messages, which is particularly helpful for specific roles like designers. Additionally, Semaphore provides options to manage automatic builds for new branches by either turning them off or using a whitelist of regular expressions to specify which branches should trigger a build.
