Semaphore Now Supports Ubuntu 24.04

The Ubuntu 24.04 image is available on high-performance e2 and f1 machines, which offer cost-effective builds and fast processing for CPU-intensive tasks. Semaphore also plans to deprecate Ubuntu 20.04 following its end-of-life in May 2025, with a future announcement to aid in migration.
