Semaphore 2.0 launched with customizable CI/CD pipelines, autoscaling and more

Semaphore 2.0 has been launched to enhance continuous delivery practices for engineering teams, offering fully customizable CI/CD pipelines that can automate workflows with various stages, such as container building, testing, and deployment. This new version introduces autoscaling and usage-based pricing, ensuring that teams only pay for the resources they actually use, while maintaining a user-friendly interface that simplifies code delivery visualization. It supports configuration-as-code with YML and sem CLI, facilitating the management of multiple projects and promoting a robust DevOps culture. The platform is optimized for container-native systems, allowing seamless integration with Docker and Kubernetes, and offers custom dashboards for monitoring essential metrics. Although Semaphore Classic will still be supported, future developments will focus on Semaphore 2.0, which runs on a secure infrastructure and provides different machine types for varied CI/CD tasks.
