Platform Update on August 23rd

Scheduled for August 23rd, 2016, a platform update introduces multiple software updates including ChromeDriver 2.23, Git 2.9.3, MySQL 5.6.32, Node.js 6.3.1, Oracle JDK 8u101, and PHP with versions 7.0.9, 5.6.24, and 5.5.38, along with RabbitMQ 3.6.5.
