New notifications screen in Semaphore, Flowdock integration

Now, when a notification is set up, it is visibly marked to aid users in identifying their configurations upon revisiting. Additionally, Semaphore has introduced a Flowdock integration that allows users to display project names in their flows by entering the desired project name and API key, utilizing the Team Inbox API.
