New notifications screen in Semaphore, Flowdock integration

Semaphore has streamlined the setup process for build notifications by consolidating all notification types into a single tab within project settings, making it easier for users to manage their preferences. Previously, each new notification type had its own tab, but this approach was becoming inefficient. Now, when a notification is set up, it is visibly marked to aid users in identifying their configurations upon revisiting. Additionally, Semaphore has introduced a Flowdock integration that allows users to display project names in their flows by entering the desired project name and API key, utilizing the Team Inbox API.
