Campfire notifications and more Ruby versions now available in Semaphore

Following Semaphore's public launch, two highly requested features have been introduced: Campfire notifications and support for multiple Ruby versions. Campfire notifications allow users to easily receive build notifications in their Campfire chat rooms, featuring details like project name, branch, author, and commit message, similar to email notifications. Notifications are sent for the first build of a branch and subsequently only if the build status changes. The support for different Ruby versions addresses user needs by expanding beyond Ruby 1.9.2 to include versions 1.9.3 and 1.8.7, reflecting the company's responsiveness to user feedback.
