Testing mobile apps poses several challenges to user experience, including crashes that can be costly and frustrating for users and developers alike. Slowdowns can also occur due to issues with accessing data, and the app should not drain the battery unnecessarily. Design problems are often the hardest to detect, but can include navigation and flow issues, clutter and confusion, poor button design, text trouble, and testing these issues requires a combination of user feedback and automated testing.
