Visivo is the most dev friendly and secure analytics
Blog post from RWX
RWX selected Visivo for its internal dashboards after finding that its security model and code-driven workflow better met its needs than AWS QuickSight, which it had initially chosen to keep data within its AWS environment. Rather than granting a business intelligence platform direct database access, Visivo uses a CLI to publish only chart-relevant data, reducing exposure of underlying databases. Its infrastructure-as-code approach also allows dashboard definitions to be stored in version control, supporting change tracking, collaboration, review, and deployment security practices. RWX uses Visivo stages to create review environments and promote dashboard changes through staging to production, while managing the analytics CI/CD pipeline with RWX tools, resulting in faster dashboard development and broader data visibility.
