Trigger RWX CI and Sandboxes from Jujutsu repos

RWX CLI version 3.27.0 adds support for triggering RWX CI runs and Sandboxes directly from Jujutsu non-colocated repositories, which contain only a .jj directory rather than a traditional .git directory. The update builds on RWX’s earlier ability to run CI without requiring a Git commit and its support for longer-running remote sandbox tasks that synchronize developer or agent changes. For Jujutsu colocated repositories containing both .git and .jj directories, RWX now uses both Jujutsu and Git binaries to synchronize changes, while standard Git repositories continue using Git alone.
