RWX 1.0 Now Available

RWX 1.0 marks the platform’s stable production-ready release, introducing enhancements to Docker workflows, GitHub integration, configuration feedback, performance, security visibility, and cloud usability. A new Docker data preservation option enables cached images and volumes as well as incremental builds, while retaining the previous cleanup behavior by default to avoid nondeterministic cache issues. Users can now provide self-managed GitHub Apps and dynamically generated tokens with vault-based controls, enabling actions such as managing deployment environments and opening pull requests. Other updates include a rewritten YAML parser with precise error locations, faster Cloud UI log loading through simplified file-based infrastructure, expanded secret auditing, new runtime and task environment variables, pre-pooled agents for faster startup, and UI changes that reportedly reduce load times by up to 90% in common scenarios. Future plans include better parallel test-result management, completed-task debugging, Slack integrations, and support for varied task infrastructure and agent types.
