Welcoming Letania Ferreira

Letania, a Customer Service Engineer at Rollbar since December 2018, transitioned from a rich academic background in Romance languages and linguistics to software engineering after attending Hackbright Academy. Her international experience spans teaching in Belgium, Illinois, and Brazil, as well as working as a linguist for a tech company in Brazil. Drawn to coding for its similarities to linguistic research in terms of rule and pattern recognition, Letania found a passion for data analysis that facilitated her career shift. She appreciates Rollbar's mission to aid developers and values the supportive community she has found there, which fosters collaboration and mutual assistance. Letania remains enthusiastic about her journey in software engineering and the potential to contribute to innovative solutions within the company.
