Team Assignment

Rollbar has introduced a new feature for Advanced and Enterprise customers that allows a team to be assigned as the owner of an item, enhancing flexibility and collaboration in managing items. Previously, only individual team members could be designated as item owners, but now a team can collectively take responsibility, which is useful when the specific member to handle an error isn't yet identified. This update fosters a shared sense of responsibility and simplifies item management. The feature is accessible to teams with project access and is available through the item assignment dropdown and Owners filter on the item list page. Rollbar encourages users to upgrade from Free and Essentials plans to take advantage of this enhanced team collaboration tool.
