New Integration: Bird Eats Bug

A new integration between Rollbar, an error monitoring tool, and Bird Eats Bug, a screen capture application, allows users to connect error data with screen recordings to better understand user experiences. This integration facilitates a seamless correlation between errors logged in Rollbar and issues reported using Bird Eats Bug, aiding in more effective bug tracking and resolution for Product Managers, QA Testers, and end users. To utilize this integration, users must have both Rollbar and Bird Eats Bug, with a few adjustments needed in the rollbar.js configuration to link the Bird Eats Bug session URL to error payloads. Despite its advantages, the integration requires users to manually upload recordings, and not all sessions, particularly those created with the Instant Replay feature, will be linked. Bird Eats Bug offers this integration to its paid users starting at $10 per user per month, while Rollbar includes it in all plans, using one Service Link slot.
